When I add back either tray the noise comes back. from what I have read the tray1 electromagnetic clutch assembly drives the optional trays when they are installed. Is this clutch assembly available to replace or is it part of the whole tray 1 pick up assembly? This noise is not related to fuser or toner. Very frustrated customer and tech.
